Marc Tissot-Favre is a Senior Investment Specialist and currently serves as the Team Leader for the Financing of Central African Infrastructure Projects, covering critical sectors such as transport, energy, and digital infrastructure. His work has directly contributed to enabling large-scale development projects that drive economic growth, regional connectivity, and long-term sustainability.

Previously, Marc served as Special Adviser to the Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mr. Samy Badibanga, where he played a key role in advising on policy, investment strategy, and private sector engagement at the highest level of government. This rare combination of policy-level advisory experience and hands-on investment leadership gives him a unique perspective on complex development ecosystems.
