Project Aim:

To understand the practical application of solar energy by demonstrating its conversion into electrical energy to power a Motor Fan.

Components Used:

1.     Solar panel

2.     Motor with Fan

3.     Connecting Wires

Circuit Diagram:

Connection Procedure:

Step 1: Connect the positive terminal of the solar panel (Pin 51) to the positive terminal of the Motor fan (Pin 41).

Step 2: Connect the negative terminal of the solar panel (Pin 52) to the negative terminal of the Motor fan (Pin 42).

Step 3: Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive sunlight.

Step 4: As sunlight falls on the solar panel, it generates electrical voltage. This voltage powers the motor fan, causing it to rotate.

Step 6: Monitor the rotation of the motor fan as an indication of the successful conversion of solar energy to electrical energy.

Explanation:

In this project, we're showcasing how solar energy can be harnessed effectively. By connecting a solar panel to a fan motor, we demonstrate the conversion of sunlight into electrical energy. When sunlight falls on the solar panel, it activates the solar cells within, converting light energy into electrical voltage. This voltage powers the fan motor, causing it to rotate. Through this project, we learn about the practical application of solar energy and its potential for powering various devices.
